A high-tech LED video court making its U.S. debut at a major sports league exhibition game required a custom cooling solution, so United Rentals provided a 100-ton chiller, air handling units, and WEDGE™.

LEDs were prone to malfunction if temperatures got too high, and the limited space beneath the floor made it difficult to install a traditional cooling system.

The LED court performed flawlessly at the game, avoiding overheating and malfunctions, thanks to the custom cooling solutions. This success secured the customer's interest in using United Rentals for the same solution at the following year's event.
